Blowing the dust off 'Zara's Diary'

2/2/2022 - Wednesday

When you’re engaged in a ‘surprise’ (an excuse for being too sleepy) online conference, you searched for ways that could facilitate you to sit through the programme. That daunting task was subdued by a disconcerting habit of wandering off into the sea of ‘you think you can write’. But luckily, that freed your mind away from the imminent conflict of peace of mind, and also away from the dissemination of heavily-bagged information that was going on incessantly.

Dear visitors, I request you to not award the following points the epithet ‘cantankerous’. They are only imbued invariably with the purpose of keeping ‘Zara’s Diary’ alive.

1.     Dubious dame, tamed by a lad  a combination which many will name it ‘disastrous’.

2.     A great principle...

with honey-smeared intention  the gist of which is unparallel to all plausible venture. A message which is curtained by inefficiency.

3.    Similar to a Tiger Reserve where two zones (core and buffer) draw a distinct line for the extent of an area a common man can put his foot in, ‘friendship’ has the same zones –

Buffer zone – everybody is befriended…all have the same priority and equal entitlement.

Core zone – only a handful posse has the pass to enter. But this zone closes the very moment a person decides to take a peek at a buffer zone.

4.     Dikna duh, dik lo duh lo, dik lo tur a nawr chang erawh a dik duh lo te.

5.    Huatna hua, huat neite hua, huatna rahbeh a tul hun erawh a huat nih hlawh hma a hawtu ni ta te.

6.   Pathian nung bia, sual a pawm chin ramri kham kar a dan avanga tawngtai saktu dinhmun chauhva ding tur emaw inti.

7.    Keu ila, keu thui zel ila, ngaihdam tlak loh khawpa sual bawh beh avanga chet la ta bik kan awm hran loh zia kan hre thei awm e.

8.     Siar sing sang sawmsarih i tiam ngam a,

Chhingmita biahthu hlan i zei hle bawk

….

Chauh chang a hlim luih a,

Chiang awm lo chung a pen zel erawh i inhuam tel em?

9.     ‘Hausa a tlawn’ i tih khan

‘Kan titi duhzawng a hrang’ a tih avang a kal kan che a ni zawk ang em?

10.  ‘Thian tha’ i tih nazawng te khan

I ‘thian hnai’ nih an lo duh kher lo maithei.
